Please note that these rates may vary for specialty breeds (such as Siamese, Persians, Scottish Folds, or Bengals) or animals who have required more than average medical care.

You must supply personal references and a veterinary point of contact on your application. If you do not already have a vet, you must set up an account with one for us to fully review and process your application.
